Overview
Clippy AI is a custom GPT created by Marcos Rezende to help with writing, rewriting, editing, grammar, tone, and document support inside ChatGPT.
This page explains what Clippy AI does with user input, what Marcos Rezende can and cannot access, and how users can manage their privacy settings in ChatGPT.
What Clippy AI does
Clippy AI may process the text, instructions, files, or context you provide during a conversation to respond to your request. For example, you may share a paragraph to rewrite, a draft message to improve, or a document outline to refine.
Clippy AI is designed to help with the task you ask for during the active conversation.
What Marcos Rezende can access
Marcos Rezende, as the GPT builder, cannot view individual conversations that users have with Clippy AI inside ChatGPT.
Clippy AI does not send your conversations to Marcos Rezende by email, database, CRM, analytics platform, or any external storage owned by Marcos Rezende.
If you contact Marcos Rezende directly by email, website form, or social media, that communication is separate from your use of Clippy AI.
Data collection
Clippy AI itself does not ask for account creation, payment information, location data, health data, government IDs, passwords, or private credentials.
You should avoid sharing sensitive personal information unless it is directly relevant to the task. This includes private health details, financial records, confidential work documents, personal photos, legal documents, passwords, API keys, or information about other people.
OpenAI and ChatGPT data handling
Clippy AI runs inside ChatGPT. Your use of Clippy AI is also subject to OpenAI’s terms, privacy policy, and ChatGPT data controls.
Depending on your ChatGPT plan and settings, OpenAI may use your conversations to improve its services and models. Users can manage this in ChatGPT settings by going to:
Settings → Data Controls → Improve the model for everyone
You can turn this setting off if you do not want new conversations to be used for model training.
You can also use Temporary Chat in ChatGPT when available. Temporary Chats do not appear in your chat history, do not create or use memory, and are not used to train OpenAI’s models.
Files, images, and sensitive content
If you upload files, images, screenshots, or documents while using Clippy AI, they are processed inside ChatGPT to answer your request.
Before uploading sensitive material, consider whether you can remove names, email addresses, client details, financial information, medical information, or other personal identifiers.
For higher privacy, use Temporary Chat or adjust your ChatGPT Data Controls before sharing sensitive content.
External services
Clippy AI does not currently use custom actions, external APIs, third-party apps, or connected services operated by Marcos Rezende.
If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated to explain what data may be shared, with whom, and for what purpose.
Data storage by Marcos Rezende
Marcos Rezende does not operate a separate storage system for Clippy AI conversations.
No user conversation with Clippy AI is intentionally collected, sold, rented, or monetized by Marcos Rezende.
